Hey friend, let’s start going back to the hard parts of our past with Jesus, not the enemy. When we go back to our past with the enemy, we just relive and stay in shame. But when we go back with Jesus… everything changes. He doesn’t just make us relive, He redeems.
God revealed this to me years ago as I found myself walking with Jesus, but still walking in shame from my past. I learned this truth along the way: God wants to redeem as many shame filled moments, memories, spaces, and relationships as we’ll let Him. That’s what He’s done for me and I am so passionate about sharing what I’ve learned about freedom with you.
Through writing books, speaking, monthly emails, and going wherever God calls me, my aim is to encourage you to invite Jesus into the hard and hidden parts of your life, and let him exchange it for redemption and freedom!

Meet the Kruegers! My husband, Ryan, and I met in 2016 while doing oversees college ministry in East Asia. We were on the same team so we were given strict rules not to date, but what can I say, I’m a rule breaker! We got married in 2018 and has our son Graham, in 2021 and welcomed our newest nugget, Barrett in the Fall of 2023. My family is such a testament to the power of God’s redemption and I love to share about it through my writing and speaking!

I’m a leftie, which is maybe why I enjoy creative writing so much. But it comes with having terrible handwriting!

My love language is quality time. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good group hang, but my happy place is sitting one on one with someone and hearing their heart and what makes them who they are.
